CANCELLATION POLICY
LOW SEASON: $100 deposit required to secure booking initially. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one full night’s accommodation via credit card .There is no refund for early departure.
HIGH SEASON: One full night’s deposit required to secure booking. A cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged via credit card 50% of total accommodation costs. Xmas/New Year bookings-50% of total accommodation must be paid by 1st December. Xmas/New Year cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of full accommodation costs. Less than 48 hrs will be charged full accommodation costs via credit card .Travel Insurance is recommended. There is no refund for early departure.
