CANCELLATION POLICY
LOW SEASON: The eqivalent of 1 nights accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee for bookings cancelled or amended 72 hours or less prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances that may occur. There is no refund in the event of a no-show or early departure.
HIGH SEASON: The eqivalent of 1 nights accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee for bookings cancelled or amended 14 days prior to arrival. Booking cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival will be charged 50% of total accommodation costs.
XMAS / NEW YEAR: (21 Dec 2012 - 13 Jan 2013): 50% of the total accommodation must be paid by the 1st December 2012. Bookings cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 50% of total accommodation costs. Booking cancelled 48 hours or less prior to arrival will be charged full accommodation costs.
You can stay less than the minimum nights stated, but you will pay for minimum night total.

1 extra person per room type only. Adults and Children $40 per night (incl. rollaway)
(Reduced rates apply for 3 nights plus)
Children $12 per night if portacot required
Infants (0-2) stay free, if bedding is not required
